Manufacturing calls for coordination between numerous vendors and a large number of moving parts. However, some manufacturers can provide a variety of services to assist you in lessening the logistical burden when you're scaling up or have determined it's time to put a board into mass production. A box build assembly service is one of these service tiers, in which the manufacturer sends a fully assembled electronics package that is ready to use right out of the box.

What Is A Box Build Assembly

On occasion, manufacturers will refer to a box built assembly as a system integration on their website, which means they are attempting to incorporate as many system components as possible into the assembly. Assembling the PCBA and the "box" (or enclosure) that the product will be delivered in is known as "box build assembly." Following prototype, EMC testing, and qualification against any other applicable regulations, these assemblies are an alternative for mass production.

Not every electronic project is the same for makers of electronics. The assembly shouldn't do so either. Thank goodness, you have choices. A relatively new innovation in electronics production is the electronics box build. For your next project, a box build can be the best choice if you want full systems integration.

PCB Box Build Basics

A systems integration that is essentially your entire electronics assembly housed in an enclosure is called a PCB box build assembly. This covers not just the electronics on your PCB but also the wires, din rail, backplane assembly, and cabinet housing. A box-build assembly for an electromechanical system with full electronics and pneumatics might be as simple as a PCB in a small enclosure or as complex as a big cabinet full of wires. This is because every electronic manufacturer's project is different.

How can we make high quality PCBA products?

At present, we have 68 management and technology elite, including 9 people with Master degree, 30 people with Bachelor degree,15 people with College degree,10 people with Secondary degree, 4 people with A-level degree. Among them,45 people won technology title of intermediate or above. 23 people were back from researching and studying in Japan.
