Peel raincoats like potatoes, cutting off the thin top layer. Cut the mushrooms into slices or cubes.

Mince the garlic cloves and dice the peeled tomato. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add one to two tablespoons of milk, stir. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat over low heat.

Add minced garlic, mushrooms and tomato cubes. Fry for ten minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
