Haunted Mansions and houses are always filled on Halloween Night. Everyone loves to get scared a little and real-life haunted houses do a great job. However, just because it's not Halloween doesn't mean you can't go tonight. In fact, most of these real haunted houses are open year-round and are more than welcome to show you around. These famous haunts are located in Memphis and will definitely get the hairs are your back to stand.

Orpheum Theater

The main ghost to haunt this theater is a little 12-year-old girl in a pretty old-fashioned white dress. She is often seen in seat CF enjoying the various play and musicals. She has also been spotted in the lobby dancing and she enjoys playing pranks on the housekeeper. She is one of more than 6 ghosts at the theatre, if you would like to visit you are welcome to purchase tickets and see a show for yourself, who knows maybe Mary will be in seat CF.

Hunt/Phelan House

There is a young man wearing servant clothes that haunts this house today. It is said that he must have hidden the valuables of his or her masters during the Civil War. However, he was unable to tell anyone because the house was constantly in control of one of the armies. So he is haunting the home today while trying to find these valuables. This house has been turned into an inn and you are welcome to visit it anytime.

Woodruff Fontaine House

There are two entities at this home, but Rich Newman did some investigation and these are the people believed to be haunting it. A female entity who always stays in the Rose Room on the second floor is incredibly helpful and is thought to be Mollie Woodruff Henning. The other entity is a male entity and is not incredibly nice. He often gives very bitter and hostile feelings and has even ripped the necklace of a staff member's neck.
