CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- After watching Jeffery Taylor lead Charlotte to its latest win, Bobcats coach Steve Clifford was full of praise for his young star. Taylor matched a career high with 20 points, leading six teammates in double figures, and Charlotte beat the Philadelphia 76ers 105-88 on Friday night. "Hes a talented guy," Clifford said of the 24-year-old Taylor. "Hes at that age where guys make the biggest jump. Certainly he has the size, athleticism and intelligence to get his game to the next level. And hes a hard worker." Subbing for injured starter Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at small forward, Taylor mixed mid-range jumpers with athletic drives and cuts to the basket to scored nine of Charlottes first 22 points. "I was just trying to take the opportunities as they came to me," said Taylor, a second-round draft pick in his second NBA season. "A lot of the same shots I made tonight havent been going in for me lately. I just tried to stay aggressive and take what the defence gave to me." Gerald Henderson and Kemba Walker added 18 apiece, and Walker also had a season-high 10 assists. Al Jefferson had 14 points and 12 rebounds, Ramon Sessions added 13 points and rookie Cody Zeller chipped in with 10. Philadelphia was led by Tony Wrotens 21 points. Evan Turner added 16, Hollis Thompson scored 12 and Spencer Hawes had 10 points and 13 rebounds. The Sixers played without starting point guard Michael Carter-Williams, who came in averaging 17.7 points. The rookie sat out because of a sore right knee. Taylor impressed even Philadelphia coach Brett Brown. "Hes a good player," Brown said. "You look at his length and you look at his toughness and thats a rare combination. ... He had personal pride in attacking us." In addition to playing without Kidd-Gilchrist, out four to six weeks after breaking his left hand during a loss at Dallas last Tuesday, the Bobcats lost backup centre Bismack Biyombo to a right ankle sprain in the first half. In a matchup of defensive-minded teams, the opening quarter was an up-and-down affair that ended with the Bobcats leading 36-33 after shooting 56 per cent from the field (14 of 25). They never trailed again, eventually leading by as many as 18 points in the fourth quarter while shooting 46 per cent for the game. The Bobcats have held opponents under 100 points for 13 consecutive games, most in the NBA. The Sixers cooled off after hitting seven of their first 12 shots, but Charlotte shot 54 per cent (25 of 46) in the first half. The Bobcats took a 62-51 halftime lead on Jeffersons tip-in of a missed layup by Walker at the second-quarter buzzer. "I feel like the whole first half was not very good for us defensively," Brown said of the Sixers. Wroten added: "Weve got to start the game off better defensively. We played better on defence in the second half, but weve just got to play defence like that for the whole 48 minutes." Jefferson scored the first two baskets of the third to give the Bobcats the first of what would be multiple 15-point leads in the quarter. The lead swelled to as much as 18 in the fourth as the Bobcats continued running and scoring almost at will in transition, evidenced by the 22-10 edge they held in fast-break points for the game. The 105 points represented a season high for the Bobcats, only the second time they surpassed the 100-point mark. The only other time came in a 102-97 win at New York on Nov. 5. Birmingham, AL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Hatch Attack is back in the Southern Conference. Samford has called a news conference for Friday morning to introduce Chris Hatcher as its new football coach. Hatcher, who had a 27-30 record over the past five seasons leading Murray State, replaces Pat Sullivan, who stepped down after eight seasons as head coach and moved into another role within the university last week. Only 41, Hatcher has been a collegiate head coach for 15 seasons already. He is known for his high-powered Hatch Attack offenses. He coached in the Southern Connference previously at Georgia Southern, where he went 18-15 in three seasons from 2007-09.dddddddddddd He also went 76-12 in seven seasons (2000-06) at Valdosta State, winning the NCAA Division II national championship in 2004. Coach Hatcher possesses the characteristics necessary for success as the leader of our football program, Samford president Dr. Andrew Westmoreland said. Underlying his strengths as a great motivator and tactician, he is a person of unshakable character. Fundamentally, he sees himself as a teacher. He is an ideal fit for Samford. Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

They kicked off the still-going trend of host cities winning the Grey Cup and sent Hall of Fame head coach Wally Buono to the front office a champion.PHILADELPHIA -- John Wall had his long-distance game working on Wednesday night. Wall scored 24 points on a career-best five 3-pointers, Marcin Gortat had 19 points and 12 rebounds, and the Washington Wizards beat the Philadelphia 76ers 116-102. Bradley Beal had 17 points, Trevor Ariza scored 15 as seven Wizards reached double digits to help Washington earn its first win after starting 0-3. Walls shooting was the big surprise. The former No. 1 overall pick has a career shooting rate of 24.4 per cent beyond the arc. He made only three 3s in his entire sophomore season in 2011-12 and had 12 last season. "He might keep bombing 3s now," Beal joked. The Wizards set a franchise record with 18 3-pointers on 33 attempts. Wall was more impressed with the team getting its first win than his effort. "Theyre a great competitive team, and I like how they play as a young team," Wall said. "They dont give up. They definitely keep fighting until the end." Evan Turner led Philadelphia with 24 points and Spencer Hawes had 13. Rookie Michael Carter-Williams finished with 19 points, seven assists and five rebounds. After a surprising 3-0 start, the Sixers have lost two straight and are starting to play like the team that oddsmakers predicted would win less than 17 games this season. The Sixers sandwiched wins over Miami and Chicago with a comeback win at Washington last week. They overcame a 12-point, third-quarter deficit to beat the Wizards 109-102 and spoil their home opener on Friday. "They were a desperate team trying to find a win against a team that beat them five days ago," Sixers rookie coach Brett Brown said. "We made some not-so smart plays. I give them credit." The Wiizards led this one from the opening basket and never let up. Javier Calle New York City Jersey. They had a 15-point lead midway through the first quarter after Beal hit his third 3-pointer in three tries, and took a 60-51 lead into halftime. The Sixers got close in the third following an 11-3 run. Turner started it with a pull-up jumper and he hit another jumper and 3-pointer during the stretch. Hawes layup cut it to 71-67, but Wall answered with a 3, and Gortat and Nene scored on tip-ins to extend the lead to 78-67. Beals jumper to start the fourth put the Wizards up by 15 and they led by double digits the rest of the way. "We withstood some stretches and we didnt succumb," Wizards coach Randy Wittman said. "We didnt put our heads down. We sustained. I didnt see any guys down." The fast start had Sixers fans feeling a bit perplexed. Many are hoping for the team to lose so they could end up with the No. 1 overall pick so they could draft Kansas prospect Andrew Wiggins. But Brown and his team generated some early excitement so that created a dilemma for some fans who wanted the team to go winless for Wiggins. Opponents certainly are showing the Sixers respect. Beal called them a "good" team, a compliment no one wouldve expected. "When we play like this, we showed we can beat good teams," Beal said. "We know theyre a comeback team and we did a good job." NOTES: The 18 3s tied a floor record. Seattle had 18 at the Wells Fargo Center on Nov. 16, 2004. ... Philadelphias Daniel Orton left the game because of right knee soreness. He had five points in six minutes. ... The Sixers outshot the Wizards 47 per cent to 43.9, but Washingtons 3s made the difference. The Toronto Maple Leafs have sent centre Peter Holland to the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. Fernandinho Brazil Jersey . According to multiple sources, the Leafs made the move after Holland split time with Jay McClement at fourth line centre during Saturdays practice.  The 23-year-old missed the Leafs final four games prior to the Olympic break with a severe case of lace bite. In 31 games with the Leafs this season, Holland has five goals and five assists. He was acquired earlier this season by the Leafs from the Anaheim Ducks. Lucas Lima Brazil Jersey .com) - James van Riemsdyk had two goals with one assist to help the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 5-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday night. Thiago Silva Jersey . - The Minnesota Vikings have ruled Christian Ponder out for Sundays game at Baltimore, because the quarterback has not yet passed all of his post-concussion tests. My career has seen me do the strength and conditioning for some elite members of Team Quest, Reign MMA, and Black House. Its been a wild ride that has found me on the other end of the microphone and writing. Im now more of a media based personality that trains specialized clients, rather than a strength coach that does media from time to time. So when the opportunity came to do another fight camp, I jumped on it.  Well, not exactly a fight camp. I dont intend on sparring. This is me showing fans what goes into the physical prep of a fighter. Its something every fan should experience. Not just MMA fans, but all sports. I always say you cant boo an athlete until youve trained like one. Without the sparring and the training injuries, this still isnt the total experience. If you follow along and try adding some of the treadmill sprint work, different lifting techniques and of course, the stretching, youll soon come to realize that MMA is actually a whole new level of tough. Never mind the technical aspect, lets get an appreciation for the workouts. For this blog, I want to give you the full experience. That means, training with a coach.  Can I do it alone? Yes, Ive prepared some of the best of the best. I know that to get the best results, you need the best coaches. So I went where a few of my mentors and role models go. Troy Westwood is one of the fittest guys I know, hes the host of the Morning show on TSN 1290, Doug Brown played CFL and was one of the best of the best, Obby Kahn  makes the best shawarma in Winnipeg, He also happens to have come back from injuries and illness that would have crippled lesser men. They all go see Jeff Fisher at Elite Performance in Winnipeg.  So I knocked on the door. So far I have been through the testing day and I may be regretting the decision. Here is where the journey starts.  I had a full medical work up to ensure no mistakes or simple injuries were caused during training. The worst thing that can haappen to any athlete is to lose technical and tactical days because a Strength Coach caused an injury in the gym. Renato Augusto Jersey. .   A mistake that can be easily avoided with an understanding of the body and making a program designed for the athlete. I now have this thanks to Fish. The next step is finding the athletes starting point, and ensuring you never over train or take steps back.  My testing day set out to find my lactic threshold, anaerobic capacity, and over all muscle strength.  I did 17 beautiful chin ups. Not bad considering Im 63 and 228lbs. I was proud.Im getting my work done with a professional. If you dont have access to this type of total committed training, try doing this to find your starting point next time you are at the gym. (Always consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program) Work with a spotter/counter/timer Complete as many push-ups as you can without stopping. Rest 3-4 minutes and repeat. Same thing for Chin Ups. Plank once until failure. Run as far as you can in 12 minutes record the distance you go in METERS (not miles or kilometers). This is called the cooper test. Plug the numbers into this equation -  Basically I want you to subtract 505 from the meters you run. Then divide it by 45. Thats your VO2 max; feel free to compare it with the normal numbers that can be found on the internet. Its fun to know where you stand. Once you have your numbers, start to make them better. Ill retest at the end of this fight camp, a pro athlete would just get in the cage because the proof is in the punch. For us fans of the sport, we just get to train like a pro, and get better at being healthy. Join along; this will increase your respect for top pros.  My hope is to go out and visit a few of my friends competing in the World Series of Fighting and get training beside them. In the meantime, Im going to be grinding out workouts thanks to Elite Performance. Check it out on twitter #Relentless. Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

The 56-year-old German star, a two-time winner this year on the 50-and-over tour, had nine birdies in his bogey-free round at Del Monte Country Club. He had a 6-under 30 on the back nine -- his opening nine. "I got off to a fantastic start today, with birdies on the first four holes," Langer said after playing Del Monte in tournament competition for only the second time in his career. "Conditions were very nice, although the wind picked up later in the round." Defending champion Kirk Triplett, Tom Lehman, Andrew Magee, Mark McNulty and Doug Garwood were tied for second at 67. They also all played at Del Monte. Fred Couples, Dan Forsman, Russ Cochran, Joey Sindelar, Mark Calcavecchi and Jerry Haas followed at 68, also all at Del Monte. Langer, who hadnt played in the tournament since his first event on the Champions Tour in 2007, also missed several birdie attempts while flirting with a sub-60 round. "I actually left a 5-footer on the seventh hole and 7-footer on the sixth hole and somee others," Langer said. Doug Baldwin Seahawks Jersey. "Im not too happy about that. But poa annua does that to you." Prior to his 2007 Champions Tour debut, Langer last played on the Monterey Peninsula in the 2000 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach. Scott Hoch birdied the ninth hole -- his final hole of the day -- to shoot a 2-under 70 for the low round at Pebble Beach. Hoch was the only player among the top 22 scorers who played at Pebble Beach. Bobby Clampett, Chen Lu, Bill Glasson, Tom Pernice Jr. and Larry Nelson shot 71 at Pebble Beach. Triplett, who like Langer started on the back nine, had four straight birdies, beginning at the 17th. "I had a few loose shots and left a lot of birdie opportunities out there," Triplett said. "The greens were excellent and receptive and they were a little first firmer this year." Lehman had a back-nine 32. He finished with seven birdies and two bogeys. "I played really well and was really pleased with everything," Lehman said. "Even the two bogeys I made were a little just out of luck. I had good shot and a few just bounced over the greens." The final round will be played Sunday at Pebble Beach. Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

ALAMEDA, Calif. Chris Harris Broncos Jersey . -- The Oakland Raiders expect to have starting right tackle Tony Pashos back for Sundays game against the Houston Texans. Pashos missed four of the last five games with a hip flexor and has been limited in practice this week while splitting reps with rookie Menelik Watson. Coach Dennis Allen, however, hinted that Pashos likely will start and Pashos later confirmed it. That would be a big boost for the Raiders, who have allowed 36 sacks this season and will be facing one of the leagues premier pass-rushers in Texans defensive end J.J. Watt. "Hes as advertised," Pashos said Thursday. "For such a young guy, hes doing a lot of great things in this league. You have to be on youre A game. You have to be at your best." Oaklands offensive line has been banged up since training camp when starting left tackle Jared Veldheer suffered a torn triceps and was placed on the designated to return/injured reserve list. Veldheer practiced this week for the first time since then but has yet to be activated to the 53-man roster. Centre Stefen Wisniewski has also missed time while injured, as has his backup and one-time starting left guard Andre Gurode. Pashos, who signed with the team six days before the season opener, just shook his head. "Weve been plugging and going and guys have answered the bell," said Pashos. "We were warming up tight ends at right tackle, so think about that. (Offensive line coach Tony Sparano) has done an unreal job and still does it to this day." The Raiders have had three different players start at right tackle, including Pashos, Watson and undrafted rookie Matt McCants. Khalif Barnes was penciled in as the starter before the season but was moved to left tackle after Veldheer got hurt. Oakland has had a bit of a revolving door on the right side since then. Pashos started the first four games before his injury. McCants, who also wasnt on the Raiders roster when the team broke training camp, made three starts in Pashos absence but sat out last weeks loss to the Giants with a toe injury. Watson has also had problems staying healthy. The 42nd overall pick in the draft, Watson injured a calf muscle the week before training camp opened and missed most of the preseason. He sat out the first seven regular-season games, then was pressed into duty in the first half of Oaklands Nov. 3 loss to Philadelphia when McCants got hurt. "Tony allows us more of a veteran-type leadership that were lacking out there," offensive co-ordinator Greg Olson said. "We were excited about Menelik Watson but the guy missed all of training camp. Hes getting better every day but its just nice to have the veterans back out there." Watt was indifferent when asked about the Raiders offensive line during a conference call with Bay Area media. "I kind of go in with the mindset that it doesnt matter who I line up across from," said Watt, who has a league-leading 27 sacks since the start of the 2012 season. "Ive seen film on all of (their) offensive linemen. I just go play my game." Oakland quarterback Terrelle Pryor was also back at practice after sitting out Wednesday to rest his sore knee, though undrafted rookie Matt McGloin continued to take the majority of reps with the Raiders starting offence. Allen, however, said that Pryor would start if hes cleared to play. "He got some reps with the first team and well see how he looks tomorrow," Allen said. "All you can do is watch practice and go with what you see on the practice field. If he looks like hes at health then hell be ready to go." Notes: Allen said he called first-round pick D.J. Hayden into his office to check on the rookie cornerback, who has had a rough season so far and is out with a groin injury. "I wanted to make sure that he was doing OK, get his spirits up and get ready to go," Allen said. ... RB Darren McFadden (hamstring) was also held out of practice Virgil Green Broncos Jersey . MADISON, Wis. Michael Schofield Jersey UK . -- Tom Izzo wasnt trying to be funny. He was simply expressing frustration after Traevon Jacksons pull-up jumper from about 10 feet with 2.1 seconds left lifted Wisconsin past No. 9 Michigan State, 60-58 on Sunday. It was some of the 18 other baskets the Badgers hit that got to the coach of the short-handed Spartans. "Some guys in there that couldnt guard this table," Izzo said before someone listening to his postgame press conference chuckled. "Thats not funny; thats the truth. Id probably laugh too if I were you," he said. Playing in his second game, and first start, back from a foot injury, Adreian Payne finished with a game-high 24 points and hit a 3 with 10 seconds left that tied the game at 58. As has often happened during the juniors career, Jackson ended up with the ball in his hands late for a defining shot. Izzo knew it might be coming, so he put his best defender, Gary Harris, on Jackson. Still no luck and the shot went through. A desperation 3 by Michigan State from midcourt banged off the rim as time expired, and the Wisconsin faithful erupted with applause. The victory snapped a three-game losing skid at home. "Just (because) they lost a couple of home games -- and thats un-American in the Cheesehead State -- dont kid yourself. Theyre a very good team," Izzo said. The Badgers (19-5, 6-5 Big Ten) committed 14 turnovers, six more than their NCAA-leading 8.3 per game, but gutted out a win over Michigan State (20-4, 9-2). Nigel Hayes led Wisconsin with 14 points, while Sam Dekker added 11. Wisconsin shot 45 per cent for the game (19 of 42), a threshold that means things are going wrong for the defensive Spartans. Theyve allowed opponents to shoot at least 44 per cent in each of their four losses. Travis Trice added 13 points for Michigan State, though Big Ten-leading scorer Gary Harris was held to six points on 3-of-20 shooting after being shadowed most of the afternoon by defensive specialist Josh Gasser. And yet Michigan State still had a chance late, even with guard Keith Appling sitting out a second straight game with a wrist injury. "Ive got a feeling that Applings out for a couple weeks. I have no idea. I cant answer the same questions, and I dont blame you for asking," Izzo said. "Theres no break. Theres no stress fracture. He cant even pass the ball; he cant move his hand." Harris long bucket with about 23 seconds left -- one of his few bright spots on the afternoon -- got the Spartans within three. Wisconsin had a chance to turn it into a two-possession game, but Ben Brust missed the front end of a 1-and-1. Michigan State secured the rebound and called timeout. Izzo drew up a play that ended up with Payne holding the ball. He had burned Wisconsin much of the night on the inside. This time Payne hit from the outside and the Badgers faithful thought they were witnessing another late collapse at home. The loss to Ohio State more than a week ago ended up about the same way. But Jackson, who has struggled much of the last month during Wisconsins stretch of losing five of six, came up big. He finished with seven points and tied a career high with eight assists, but had five turnovers. "Thats sort of what they expected out of me is just to finish the game," Jackson said. "The pull-up was there, and I was blessed to be able to make it go in." Wisconsin led by double-digits at one point in the second half. Things got shaky late. After two empty Wisconsin possessions, the Spartans raced down in transition and Trice hit a 3 from the wing to get within 55-52 with 1:43 left. They just couldnt break through in the end. A five-game winning streak over Wisconsin came to an end. Gasser finished with 11 points and six rebounds for the Badgers. His straightaway 3 with 6:33 left gave the Badgers a huge lift and a six-point lead that was slowly chipped away by the Spartans. But Gasser gave his team an ever bigger lift with his defence on the crafty Harris. "Josh worked as hard as he normally works, and he got some help from teammates also," Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan said. "Josh did a great job of positioning, and chasing." Mike Brown Jersey UK . Pistorius denied the allegation that he said to the close friend of the girlfriend he killed: "How can you sleep at night?" The accusation by Kim Myers provided a bizarre twist during the trial of the world-famous double-amputee Olympian, who is facing 25 years to life in prison if convicted of premeditated murder for shooting dead Steenkamp, a 29-year-old model, at his home last year. Ted Ginn Jr Jersey UK . The 90-plus minutes of play are about trends and approach.A stellar start from Chris Salamida put the Winnipeg Goldeyes back in the win column. Salamida worked into the seventh inning as the Goldeyes completed a series win with a 4-2 victory over the Sioux Falls Canaries on Sunday. The game was shortened to a seven inning affair with Saturdays suspended game being completed earlier in the afternoon. The Goldeyes dropped that game 2-1. “They were two good baseball games,” said Goldeyes manager “(Champion) gave us all we could handle, but we got some solid at-bats and timely hitting. The pitching was good all day and Salamida gave us a great start.” The Goldeyes started the scoring in the third inning. Fehlandt Lentini began the inning with a single and a stolen base. He would be driven in on a Tyler Graham single to give Winnipeg an early 1-0 lead. They would add another run in the next inning when Ray Sadler hit an opposite field solo home run. It was Sadlers team-leading 16th of the season and his sixth as a member of the Goldeyes. Winnipeg would break it open in the fifth with a pair of runs. Amos Ramon started it off with an run scoring chopper that bounced past a drawn in Sioux Falls infield. Then, with the bases loaded, Sadler picked up another RBI on a sacrifice fly that scored Ramon. After putting two batters on in the seventh, Salamida was relieved by Patrick Keating with one out. Both runners would score on a Nick Van Stratten base hit but Keating stopped the Sioux Falls rally there and finished off a Goldeyes win.Salamida improved to 3-0 on the season with the win. He struck out fouur Canaries. Dwan Edwards Jersey UK. All three of Salamidas wins in 2013 have come at home. Adam Champion was tagged with the loss for Sioux Falls. He was responsible for all four runs, which he gave up on six hits and four walks. The Goldeyes will travel to Sioux City on Monday as they begin a four-game series with the Explorers. Game time tomorrow is set for 7 p.m. Canaries Pitchers Shut Down Fish The Winnipeg Goldeyes couldnt solve the mystery of four Sioux Falls Canaries pitchers and as result, the Fish lost Saturday nights suspended game on Sunday afternoon. The Goldeyes were held to one run on only three hits as the Fish fell 2-1 to the Canaries in a game that was completed on Sunday afternoon after the first 3 1/2 innings were played in the rain on Saturday night. Sioux Falls had a 1-0 lead heading into Sunday afternoon after Nick Van Stratten singled home Anthony Trajano in the top of the third. The Canaries extended the lead to 2-0 when Stephen King scored on a Cory Morales single. Winnipeg cut the lead to 2-1 in the fifth when Luis Alen walked, went to second on a single by Fehlandt Lentini, went to third on a sacrifice bunt by Tyler Graham and scored on a ground out by Amos Ramon. But that was it. Kyle Vazquez, Jordan Whatcott, Chris Allen and Alan DeRatt combined to hold Winnipeg to only three singles and put a halt to the Goldeyes four-game winning streak. Whatcott (1-6, 5.89 ERA) was the winning pitcher for the Canaries while Pete Gehle (4-6, 4.71 ERA) suffered the loss for Winnipeg. DeRatt (2.97 ERA) picked up his 18th save of the year. Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

MEMPHIS, Tenn. Wholesale Joe Klecko Jersey . -- The Memphis Grizzlies are headed on a three-game road trip with a better grip on the Western Conferences final playoff spot. Marc Gasol scored 19 points, Zach Randolph added 18 points and 12 rebounds as the Grizzlies defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 109-99 on Tuesday night. The victory kept Memphis in the conferences eighth spot with a one-game edge over the idle Phoenix Suns. But players are not satisfied with the current position. "Even though we are in, we want to be higher," guard Courtney Lee said. "Were still chasing, and I think thats the right mindset to have going forward because if you continue to chase, youll never get complacent and fall off." Mike Conley added 17 points and Lee finished with 16. Mike Miller had 14 for Memphis, which won its third straight. Damian Lillard led the Trail Blazers with 32 points on 8-of-21 shooting from the field, but connecting on 12 of 13 free throws, including six in the fourth quarter when he was fouled on a pair of 3-point attempts. LaMarcus Aldridge had 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Nicolas Batum contributed 15 points for Portland, which lost its third straight, matching its longest skid of the season. Memphis built its lead to double-digits early in the fourth quarter and Portland got it under 10 -- to nine -- on only two occasions the rest of the way. The common refrain from the Trail Blazers was it was "just one of those nights." "They would just get a tip ball or a loose ball and they would hit a 3 with it," Lillard said. "It was just one too many of those situations." While Memphis heads on a road trip to New Orleans, Toronto and Philadelphia holding the final playoff spot, Portland sits in the conferences fifth slot. Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts was pleased with the way his team competed and shooting 22 of 29 from the foul line. "I thought we had a lot of shots we normally make," Stotts said. "We took care of the ball (eight turnovers). We got to the free-throw line. We were aggressive. "I thought it was just one of those nights." Portland struggled from the field, connecting on 41 per cent for the game. In addition to Lillards percentage, Aldridge was 8 of 23 and Batum was 5 of 13. Wesley Matthews managed only one field goal on seven attempts. "I think he had good looks," Stotts said of Aldridges shooting. "But you cant make them every night." Aldridge considered it just part of a shooting slump that will end at some point. "I am going to find my rhythm, and I am going to make those shot Ive been missing soon. It will get a lot better," he said. The Grizzlies, who shot at least 50 per cent in each quarter, finished the night at a season-best 56 per cent including 6 of 12 from outside the arc. Memphis held a 54-47 lead at the break, but Portland was close despite shooting 41 per cent. The Trail Blazers gathered nine offensive rebounds for 10 second-chance points. Memphis stretched the lead back to 15 to open the second half, and kept the advantage through the middle stages of the quarter. Lee was the catalyst for Memphis, scoring 13 in the quarter, a difference, he said, of not playing as passive as he had in the first half. "Coaches and my teammates were telling me to go out and be more aggressive," Lee said of the second half. "You dont have to tell me that twice." The Trail Blazers closed the stanza on a 10-4 run to cut the lead to 78-69 entering the fourth. After Nick Calathes connected on a 3-pointer to open the fourth period, Memphis had its double-digit lead back. NOTES: Memphis has won five straight in the series. ... Portland G Will Barton, who played at the University of Memphis, got in for the final minute of the game. ... Five of the previous seven games in the series were decided by six points or less. ... The six-time Sovereign award winner as the countrys top conditioner will send three horses — including 4-1 early second choice Lexie Lou and 8-1 third pick Matador — postward Sunday in search of his first career win in North Americas oldest, continuously run stakes event at Woodbine Racetrack. Casses best finish in the $1-million, 1 1/4-mile race was second in 11 with Hippolytus. "When you travel around Canada and tell people youre a horse trainer, they want to know if youve won the Queens Plate," Casse said following the race draw Thursday. "So far, the answer is no but hopefully after Sunday Ill be able to say yes. "I would like to win the Kentucky Derby, that one is big too, but this (Plate win) would be No. 1." We Miss Artie is the 8-5 favourite despite running slower than Lexie Lou their last time out. We Miss Artie rallied to capture the 1 1/8-mile Plate Trial in 1:50.78 on June 15 at Woodbine before Lexie Lous impressive 4 1/2-length Woodbine Oaks win in 1:49.77 over the same distance moments later. Lexie Lou will carry five pounds less than the others in the 15-horse field Sunday as the lone filly. "Going a mile and a quarter, five pounds is a big difference," Casse said. "In her last race, she ran a second faster than the favourite and that means something. "I think theres a good shot there will be a female winner this year." Lexie Lou will attempt to become the 35th filly to win the Plate but just the seventh since 56. And only five Oaks winners have also claimed Canadas most prestigious race, the last being Inglorious in 2011. We Miss Artie drew the No. 6 post while Lexie Lou will break from the No. 14 position. Matador starts from the No. 10 post while Majestic Sunset, Casses third horse and the second-place finisher in the Plate Trial, goes from the No. 7 post. "I think this is the strongest hand weve ever brought to the table," Casse said. "With any race you can have the best horses but you still need to have some luck. "Were ready. Sooner or later well get this thing." The field, with post position, horse, jockey and odds, includes: 1) Cap in Hand, Steven Bahen, 50-1; 2) Coltimus Prime, Jesse Campbell 20-1; 3) Athenian Guard, Omar Moreno, 50-1; 4) Asserting Bear, Chantal-Sutherland Kruse, 10-1; 5) Man o Bear, Emma-Jayne Wilson, 30-1; 6) We Miss Artie, Javier Castellano, 8-5; 7) Majestic Sunset, Gary Boulanger, 15-1; 8) Lions Bay, David Moran, 30-1; 9) Heart to Heart Eurico Rosa de Silva, 30-1; 10) Matador, Julien Leparoux, 8-1; 11) One Destiny, Justin Stein, 30-1; 12) Tower of Texas, John Velazquez, 20-1; 13) Niigon Express, Gerry Olguin, 30-1; 14) Lexie Lou, Patrick Husbands, 4-1; 15) Amis Holiday, Luis Contreras. Favourites have won 22-of-58 renewals (37 per cent) since 56 but only two — Wando in 03 and Eye of the Leopard in 09 — have been victoriious in the last 19 editions. Cheap Jets Jerseys. . But Casse and Lexie Lou arent the only interesting storylines in this years race. Others include: — Not only is a filly the No. 2 pick but two women will ride Sunday. Sutherland-Kruse, who came out of retirement to ride this year at Woodbine, will be aboard Asserting Bear while Man o Bear, will be ridden by Wilson, who became the only female jockey to win the Plate in 07 with Mike Fox. Also, trainer Josie Carroll chases a third Plate victory with Amis Holiday. — Hall of Fame trainer Roger Attfield tries for a record ninth Plate win with Tower of Texas. Attfields last Plate victory was in 08 with Not Bourbon. — For the first time ever, a father and two sons will saddle separate entries. Hall of Famer Sid Attard conditions Cap in Hand while Paul Attard sends out Niigon Express and Jamie Attard trains Lions Bay. The Plate is the first leg of the Canadian Triple Crown. The other races are the $500,000 Prince of Wales Stakes (July 29 at Fort Erie) and $500,000 Breeders Stakes turf event (Aug. 17 at Woodbine). Thereve been seven Triple Crown winners, the last being Wando in 03. Paul and Jamie Attard have a round of golf riding on Sundays race, but their father hasnt become embroiled in family bragging rights. Sid Attard has never won the Queens Plate but was second in 92 with longshot Grand Hooley, his first Plate starter. "Ive been listening, being quiet," the senior Attard said with a chuckle. "Id like to win but if I cant win I want one of them to win. "Id like to see them do good." Sutherland-Kruse rode Asserting Bear to victory in the Marine Stakes on May 25 but the horse was relegated to third for obstructing Ami Holidays late run. Sutherland-Kruse has finished in the money 69 times this season — 22 wins, 28 seconds, 19 thirds — and amassed over $1-million in purse earnings through 189 starts. The 38-year-old Winnipeg native said shed cherish a Queens Plate victory. "Ive raced all over the world, Ive seen the lArc de Triomphe, Kentucky Derby and Breeders Cup and theyre all huge races," she said. "But for me, the Queens Plate is as big. "I love Canada and am proud to be Canadian and to win it would be so gratifying." A win Sunday would further solidify Attfields status as Canadian racings most prolific trainer, having already amassed more Prince of Wales (five) and Breeders Stakes (eight) victories in the Triple Crown era than any other conditioner. But its an accomplishment that isnt keeping 74-year-old resident of Nobleton, Ont. — who has conditioned three Triple Crown champions over his illustrious career — up at night. "If it happens, it happens," he said matter of factly. "I feel blessed to have won it (Queens Plate) eight times. "Its a good-sized field, which it should be, and theres a lot of horses that it would be no surprise if they popped up and won, in my opinion. I think its going to be a tremendous race, to be honest." Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

Independent escorts in Bangalore

We Independent escorts in Bangalore are pursuing a profession knowing the fact our success fades with the year passing by and we etiolate away with the passage of time and are decolorized with every day that passes by. Some of our team mates in our concern of Independent escorts in Bangalore do get frantic with the sudden flow of money and become more spendthrift in the process.

The hard work involved in making money goes in saving the same hard earned money and its is disgrace full to be a spend thrift on such hard earned money.

Working as an Independent escorts in Bangalore is similar to a freelancing job where we are our own boss managing our own time and it is on our own will and comfort level we take up our appointments and we Independent escorts in Bangalore never stress our self in our job as an escort.

The life of an Independent escorts in Bangalore is limitless in experience and we are well prepared on a hectic day and manage a well balanced diet to cope up with the extra energy we do need on a busy day.

We usually have to be adapted to live a life of an Independent escort in Bangalore where we have to learn the art of saving money like a farmer who takes his income from the soil and puts back the same in the same soil and we need to save for a rainy day and we tuition the same with the newly recruited escorts in Bangalore.

When it comes to making money by pursuing a career as an Independent escorts in Bangalore it is easy to make enough and more money and we escorts are ambitious and aggressive in making our daily bread and butter and most of us are never misers in our life and we lose in the end as spendthrifts and have seen enough of our team mates suffer when they are not hot selling products any more.

We live a life with a harness belt tied which says we are better before 20.02.2020 and we live a short lived life of an escort in Bangalore.

Men prefer new comers in the escorting field and desires of a satyriasis are so diverse and an escort has to keep her instinct sense on top of all her activity to sense and breath the next possible danger and a new escort can be a very success full escort in the field of escorting if she uses her brains and a women is always an admirable adorable person who uses her wits rather than her beauty.

We have seen in our experience over ambitious new comers who are over confident and slowly they do understand a client and his different faces and a client is man who is spending for his own fun and is never caring on the product for sale and he usually goes for hiring the same for a stipulated time and keeps moving on his life.

A client will never takes up one lady who he had nourished previously and will always prefer to cherish a new lady and it is rarest of cases where we get repeated clients and we get hired by the hour and we get a master in our life whose authority over his women ends shortly after the agreed time.

We live with men and lots of men and we live a life that is pre agreed and we sign off quite often with men of our choice and his choice and we prefer not to settle with one man all our life.

We live as a prided species of women who never wanted to live with any man and we are called as the Independent escorts in Bangalore.

How to perpetuate and sustain in being a High end Independent Escorts in Bangalore and Prosper in the career as an escort in Bangalore and myths associated with the glamorous life styles of Independent Escorts in Bangalore are mostly true in the tinsel world and the truth is how good a women is able to carry herself in a five star environment  portraying her femininity in a peerless and premium idiosyncrasy style will show case a women of class. and to be precise an escort can never be an appealing to any connoisseur and Debonair and a man needs to take an effort in luring a women and a  man always prides himself in luring enough women in his life time and very women he encounters is a added feather in his crown and a good dressing sense does help an escort and a women has to dress for her comfort and groove and not to excite and Inspire a man and the best of the women cannot be beauteous and can be disgusting for some men and real beauty is like a flower which is more appealing in its true format.

Sleeping with an escort requires equal consideration and adoration and appreciation by the paying gentle man to the women in bed and a woman will certainly reciprocate with gratitude and her best of amorousness.

An escort Job is to please a man and an Independent Escorts in Bangalore does have her own emotions and excitability and will be an aroused soul with the right man and we do get the right man in our profession who do get to arouse our womanliness in us.

Being in a perfect body structure is an Illusion in  the escorting business and South Indians will yearn for a Women with good bosom and a North Indian will crave for a women with good structure and an European clients will seek a typical Orthodox Indian women and we  Independent Escorts in Bangalore cater to a market that has a variety of desires and we at team at Independent Escorts in Bangalore  posses enough strength  to cater to all.

Many of our team mates at Independent Escorts in Bangalore prefer rich and generous clients and I prefer quality Clients and some times it works when we hand pick the clients and work only with a few of the  preferred clients and it just happened that I started to have repeated clienteles in matter of time and I proved the myth of quality clients rather than quantity and I was success full in my escorting career in possessing a list of favorite clients who would always be available for myself.

We Escorts generally get a hatred for men over the years and we never want to be a one man's lady in our life and this mind set had been implanted in our self like a  hereditary implantation and a mind set of hatred towards men naturally gets nailed in our thoughts and this is the same with all us in our team at Independent Escorts in Bangalore and we do get offers from men for a permanent settlement in life we are aware of a man’s games and we never fall as preys and we prefer to be hunters for men rather being preys for the men on prowl.

When man is on Prowl for a women his hunt for a good lady will be connected to his fantasy and his framed mind set with the tinsel world and an Indian mind set had always been fine tuned by the film Industry and it may take years for any Indian to come out of the Imaginary world and he seeks an escort similar to his favorite heroine and we play the proxy actress in his real world.

An Indian Male is always fascinated with the tinsel world and there can be no exception and most of our clients had been honest in confessing to us Independent Escorts in Bangalore and we live in our own reality world as prided species of women living as the fantasy angels for our man of the day.
